Buy-In items are Non-Refundable. IF the order is lost for more than 45 days FROM THE MANUFACTURER, destroyed in shipping, or some other mishap that affects us ALL then we will replace your order. We take great care to ship your package in a manner that helps protect your boxes of stones. If your ice box is broken during shipping we will replace it as a courtesy. You must fill out a claim form here and submit supporting pictures of the damages with the claim.
